When a child is wrestling with emotions and experiences that are too big to handle, play is the best tool they have. Play therapy, art, movement, sand-tray and story are the tools I use to give children the safe space they need to grow and heal. My experience with Autism, abuse/trauma, anxiety, and social/emotional development inform my practice . I have a deep commitment to supporting the caregiver/child relationship through attachment-based interventions. In addition, I have experience providing academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students in Denver Public Schools.
